Question 1

What is a snap pack mailer?

Accepted Answer

A snap pack is a single sheet of paper printed on both sides, folded, and pressure sealed on all edges without an envelope. Recipients tear along the perforated edges to open it. The sealed format looks like an official document, which makes it far more likely to be opened and read than typical marketing mail.

Question 2

Why do snap pack mailers get opened more than regular mail?

Accepted Answer

The sealed, perforated format looks like an official document rather than marketing mail. Recipients have to tear it open to see what is inside, which drives significantly higher engagement than mail that can be judged and discarded at a glance.

Question 3

What is the minimum order for snap pack campaigns?

Accepted Answer

The minimum run is 10,000 pieces. Campaigns scale up to 1,000,000+ pieces with volume pricing.

Question 4

How fast can you produce a snap pack campaign?

Accepted Answer

We produce typical campaigns in 5 working days. Our Texas-based commingle facility gets mail in-home as fast as 14 working days from receipt of the mail file, with a high percentage in-home by day 21 when mailed as Standard Mail.

Question 5

What sizes of snap packs do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer 8.5x11, 8.5x14, and 8.5x16.5 formats, all in 4/4 full color letter fold. All formats available with or without window. Custom die cuts are also available.
